THE DAY I DECIDED TO START WRITING LETTERS TO YOU
Hey Palak,
I really miss you. It’s tough knowing you’ve stopped talking to me. What went wrong? I just fell for you, something I couldn’t control, right?
But I get it. When it comes to feelings like this, sometimes it’s easier to just cut ties if you can’t reciprocate. I’d probably do the same. But just so you know, it’s not going to make me feel any different.
Falling for you wasn’t something I chose, but staying in love with you is. Hence, the semicolon.
;
You know how a semicolon works in a sentence, right? It’s like you could end the sentence there, but instead, you choose to keep it going. Well, that’s kind of how I feel about you. I’ve decided to keep loving you, no matter what.
I don’t want to move on. You’re the best thing in my life and my feelings aren’t going anywhere.
So, I’m going to keep writing these letters to you, pouring out my heart. Maybe, just maybe, fate will twist our paths together again one day. And if that day comes, I’ll share all these letters with you.
Take care.
With love, hugs and other things,
Pritam
